Bazaar - Volunteer Opportunities
St. James’s Bazaar 2009
Many “doers” are needed for multiple aspects of the Bazaar - from setting up on Wednesday and Thursday to helping with the Patron’s Party Thursday evening. Lots of assistance will be welcome and necessary all day Friday. Send in the Volunteer Sign -up Sheet or contact Brooke Baxter (282.4654) or Julie Eckstein (789.0007) to fill a time-slot.
In the weeks before the Bazaar, many culinary hands are needed to prepare delicious Soups & Casseroles from time-tested recipes to be frozen and at the sold at the Bazaar. Contact Ann Stoever (740.1002) or Mindy Meredith (282.1147) for more information.
Whip out your whisks and donate your unique creations to the 2009 Bazaar Bake Sale. We are looking for dinner rolls, breakfast breads, pound cakes or other items that can be easily frozen for holiday entertaining. Contact Lynne Kinder (355-8540) or Fran McDermott (484-6034) to let us know what you would like to contribute.
