Wednesdays in Lent: March 13 through April 10, 6:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., Valentine Hall
Many Christians wonder: how can I live out my faith in the community or the public square? Certainly the answer is unique to each Christian; we will hear from five agencies how they have heard the Good News and translated it into action in our community by caring for our neighbors.
March 27 Resettling Refugees
John Baumann, Director, Virginia Refugee and Immigration Program. Church World Services began immediately following World War II to help the hungry and those in need. Representatives will speak about their work today helping refugees find new homes in our community.
Fellowship Dinners and Study
Seasonally on Wednesday evenings
Join fellow parishioners for a warm meal and conversation at 6:00 p.m. in Valentine Hall. Opportunities to learn follow at 6:45 p.m. in Valentine Hall and the Michaux House. Evening Prayer or Holy Eucharist is offered at 5:30 p.m. every Wednesday night October 3 to December 19, regardless of Fellowship Dinners and Study schedule.
