Family Lifeline at Forum

Children’s Health Message Comes to the Sunday Adult Forum – November 2

Amy Strite President and CEO of Family Lifeline will share the work of her agency with a special focus on CHIP (Children’s Health Involving Parents), a program that is funded by our church outreach fund. Family Lifeline, dating back to the 1877, works in collaboration with other community partners to embrace individuals and families at critical points in their lives to strengthen their overall well-being and independence by providing intensive home and community based services. CHIP and other agency programs work with families in their homes bringing unique solutions based on a family’s specific needs. Each year CHIP celebrates the accomplishments of its families.  The stories of courage and determination are amazing!  Please join us to learn more about the important work of Family Lifeline. Like St. James’s, its vision is to bring health and hope to those who need it most.
