Gena Adams-Riley, meditation teacher in RVA, is holding her ongoing Group Sit at St. James’s. Beginning and long-time sitters are welcome to join Gena and be encouraged into a deeper experience of quiet and relaxation throughout the 45-minute sit. Group members will learn to join with and come back to their breath again,  again and again. Following the sit, Gena gives a talk on Meditation; past topics include Meditation Basics, Vulnerability, Ego, Grief, + Mindfulness.
