Mind Body Stress Reduction

The Rev. Dr. Mark Cooper will lead this course on four consecutive Tuesdays beginning February 26.  The 90-minute format will include conversation, meditation, and yoga to help participants increase awareness  and reduce stress and pain. Recent developments in research and practice have determined that yoga and meditation can reduce stress and improve life satisfaction. Bring a yoga mat to the basement of the Michaux House at 7:00 p.m. Register with Mark at markcooper1966@gmail.com.
