Cooking Class for 6th to 12th graders
Chef-taught, Spirit-led, benefiting Taste of St. James’s
Youth Cooking Class for 6 – 12 graders
All youth who participated were assigned to a cook team that helped in preparing lasagnas, homemade soups, and/or desserts. Chef Rob was back again this year working with individual cook teams on specific knife skills and cooking techniques. We’ll donated all the food we prepare to the Taste of St. James’s to raise money for Food Force. Youth earned 1 hour of community service.
