In 2023, the missions committee underwent a discernment period for the future of missions at St. James’s. Through this process, the committee developed guiding principles, which focus on building mutual and respectful relationships with our mission partners so that we can support and empower our partners in facing their unique challenges. Currently, St. James’s has three missions planned for 2025: NavajoLand from April 29 – May 6 (use this¬†link with more information);¬† Hurley, VA (high school youth) June 21-27; and the Eastern Shore of VA (middle school youth) from July 13-16.
