A PushPay account has been created for ALL donors, regardless of how your gift is made.
You can log in to your Push Pay account any time and access your Giving Statements, giving history, and view your pledge progress.
Giving Statements
In an effort to be better stewards of both our environment and our resources, we will now be providing your quarterly Giving Statements digitally. You will receive your quarterly giving statement via email or you can log in to PushPay to access and download your statements, view your giving history, and see your progress towards your 2024 pledge.
Only tax-deductible gifts will be listed on your Giving Statements. Gifts made through a Donor Advised Fund or IRA will not be listed on your Giving Statements but will be listed in your Giving History. Pledge information will not be listed on your Giving Statements, but you can view your progress towards your pledge online. We will also send out a pledge reminder with your pledge and remaining balance twice a year.
Recurring Gifts
If you setup your recurring gift through PushPay and wish to increase or change your support of St. James’s, you must login to your account and make the changes yourself. For your security, the system doesn’t allow us to make those edits for you. Please remember to update your recurring gift information if your pledge amount changes from year to year.
