Listening Sessions
The results of the Holy Cow Survey have been valuable and revealing. But there are still some issues we’d like to dive a little deeper into, notably your feelings about pastoral care, hospitality and conflict resolution.
To that end, we’ve organized three Listening Sessions:
- Wednesday, October 23, after the Wednesday Night Dinner (FULL)
- Then two the following Saturday, October 26, at 10 am and 2 pm.
Since each of the sessions will cover the exact same topics, we ask that you attend only one. Each session should last about an hour.
The format for the listening sessions will be small group roundtables where everyone has a chance to speak their mind. Each table will have a leader from the Vestry. Our learnings from these sessions will be essential as we prepare for our upcoming Rector Search, so please make every effort to attend.
We kindly ask that you register by Monday, October 20, so we can be certain that we’ll be properly prepared. This includes: letting us know if you need childcare; and if you are attending the Wednesday session, if you’ll also be having dinner.¬†Please register here.
