East End Employment Initiative

Employment Ministry in Richmond’s East End¬†

Volunteers will provide one-on-one coaching and encouragement to individuals from the Church Hill neighborhood who are participants in the East End Employment Initiative.
Coaching and detailed attention will be given to job-readiness skills such as resume writing, interviewing skills, and other employment ready “soft skills.” The goal is to provide moral support, professional guidance, and tangible help needed in order for participants to reach optimal employment and sufficient income for family stabilization.
