Find out why Julie Eckstein joined the Wheels Ministry.

Here’s what Julie has to say about the Wheels Ministry.

“So, the sermon yesterday was Mark 10:35-45…Jesus … said to them,”…but whoever wishes to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wishes to be first among you must be slave of all.¬† For the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life a ransom for many.”

As a Christian, I try to serve.¬† The ladies at Westminster Canterbury want to come to church.¬†¬† Instead of driving the WC ladies in my Mustang convertible, I have to drive them in the WC passenger van.¬† They would prefer my convertible!¬† It’s fun to drive a large van down Brook Road. The ladies are a lovely bunch, and I’d hate for them to miss church. I picked them up around 10:30 and I went to the 11:15 with them, then had them back by 1:00.

I like chatting with the ladies and I had fun driving that large van. It’s not a stick shift, it’s an automatic. I emailed them my driver’s license number on a form, and then I practiced driving the van with a WC employee in the WC parking lot.”
